D-Day: The Beginning of the End

Picture
D-Day invasion plan for the 4th Infantry Division
The day of June 6th, 1944 is one that will not be easily forgotten in our history. It truly was the beginning of the end for the Second World War and required the bravery and dedication of thousands of men. One such man was Pvt. Robert Morrison of Pennsylvania. Part of the 4th Infantry Division, Robert was one of the first allied troops to invade Normandy that day. Although he would survive the day's events, he would ulitmately give his life for the greater good. This website is meant to honor Robert Morrison and how he fought hard to make peace a reality and to make sure that his sacrifice is not forgotten.
